X2: X-Men United

It’s time for the sequel to the X-Men. Some say this was great. Some say this was terrible. All we know for sure is that this was a movie and the X-Men are in it! X2: X-Men United!  Follow. He was informally adopted by a Romani queen and was raised in a traveling circus–not the Munich circus as in the movies. Lady Deathstrike is a cyborg with a mechanized body and Adamantium claws in the comics. She originated in Japan and has an irrational hatred of Wolverine which led her to America and association with William Stryker. William Stryker was a sergeant in the army and is associated with the Weapon X program that gave Wolverine his Adamantium skeleton. He has a very dark origin story that led to his own irrational hatred of Professor X.  Mastermind is not the son of William Stryker. He was recruited away from a carnival into the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants by Magneto. In the Brotherhood, his teammates were Toad, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver.
