COL Xander Bullock is a veteran of Bosnia/Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan and has been in service since 93. He is an active duty Colonel serving Brigade Command for the Corps of Engineers at the Seattle District. Xander Bullock joins us to discuss the process of determining what equipment is left in places like Afghanistan or Iraq.
