I am running Windows 7 64-bit and am unable to update windows. i keep getting error code 80072EE2. when i click get help with error code it comes up with "WindowsUpdate_80072EE2" "WindowsUpdate_dt000". the information my computer has on it doesnt help me and i am unable to connect to online help. ive ran a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials and it came up with no threats. i tried running the safety scan from http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/whatsnew.htm but i cant get internet explorer to work. i am currently using Firefox so i dont know why IE wont work. troubleshooting finds nothing, "fix problems with windows update" finds nothing, any ideas?
