西北浆水面，多吃降尿酸！美滴很！

近日，由兰州大学生命科学学院李祥铠教授领衔的研究团队在GUT MICROBES期刊发表重要研究成果：研究团队在古老的西北传统发酵名品浆水中，首次筛选分离出一株具有较强尿酸降解能力的发酵乳杆菌JL-3益生菌，并有效改善了模型小鼠的高尿酸血症。
