2016年，龔建嘉在TEDxTaipei演講上， 告訴我們，鮮乳不等於牛乳， 也不等於保久乳和調味乳。 而乳牛這種動物很單純， 只要舒服，她就會吃東西，吃東西就會泌奶， 而台灣是同緯度國家，讓乳牛最舒服的國家， 所以鮮乳的品質也相對地高。 但是高品質的鮮乳，酪農卻賺不到相對應的報酬， 消費者也喝不到產地直送的優質鮮乳。 所以阿嘉看到了這個問題，他也想解決這個問題。 「如果你什麼都不做，你看到的問題就會永遠存在。」 也引用了哈利波特中飾演妙麗的演員-艾瑪華森的話: 「If not ME, WHO?
