親愛的朋友，感覺很糟的時候，我們可以一起來禱告；來感覺這位慈愛的神有多麼美好，並且要給你我的祝福是真的能得到。【聖經中的祝福】耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌，我心裡倚靠他，就得幫助。所以我心中歡樂，我必用詩歌頌讚他。（詩篇 28:7）【調整心情的禱告】天父，當我快被不開心的感覺淹沒，求祢用信實的話語來幫我勝過！好看見圍繞自己的愛有這麼多，只要交托倚靠恩典就夠用。喜樂因此重新湧上心頭，讓原本沈重的心情變輕鬆；問題也感覺沒那麼困難，已經有解決的把握在手中。所以選擇停止衝動，使自己仍被祢來保守，願意憑著信心耐性等候；知道跟著神賜平安的心意走，必有豐盛的福樂在等我。感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
