鸮卣（xiāoyǒu），为商代晚期的青铜器，出土自山西省石楼县二郎坡村，高19.7厘米，口长径12厘米，短径8.6厘米，宽13.4厘米。此器形如两鸮相背而立，以盖为首，以器为身，有四足，盖上有一手，凛然威武。现收藏于山西博物院。
