新青安貸款推動成效及優化措施日期：113-06-27資料來源：財政主計金融處一、青年安心成家購屋優惠貸款精進方案（下稱新青安貸款）自112年8月1日推動迄113年5月底止，已協助5萬餘戶無自有住宅家庭購屋安居，政策目的立意良善。二、財政部督導公股銀行優化新青安貸款管理機制，如落實貸前徵審、貸後管理與稽查及新貸戶徵提自住切結書等；另為避免借款人利用優惠貸款買賣不動產等投機行為，並考量政府財政能量有限，為兼顧政府資源使用公平性及民眾需求衡平，修正「公股銀行辦理青年安心成家購屋優惠貸款原則」，新增「112年8月1日以後經銀行核貸本優惠貸款者，自113年6月27日起，不得再次申貸本優惠貸款」之規定。財政部並將偕同內政部，透過資料勾稽、比對，杜絕不符自住使用等違規情形。三、新青安貸款管理機制並不影響購屋自住未轉租之借款人權益，財政部將持續督導公股銀行落實徵授信審核並強化貸後管理，以確實符合推動安心成家政策的良善初衷，並透過政府相關部會通力合作，有效促進整體房市健全發展。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
