Russian Resident Vladimir Putin has ordered a massive training exercise for military units across Russia, including along the border with Ukraine. Meanwhile, NATO defence ministers have issued a new statement supporting "Ukrainian sovereignty and independence." NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
