Pastor Adam Deckard is the Youth Ministry Director at Sterling Nazarene Church in Sterling, CO. He is a 2016 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and a member of D Group (see prior week's episode). He stops by the show to offer his insight into the challenges that the Youth Ministers of today face, and how the collective Church body help in that endeavor.
