Y. Hata Supports HI’s Foodservice Industry. The host for this show is Sheryl Matsuoka. The guests are Chris Lee and Andy Huang. The Y. Hata & Co., Limited - Hawaii Restaurant Association Endowment Fund has been established to support the foodservice industry in Hawai'i. Programs will be created to assist local restaurateurs who are faced with operational challenges. Coordination of resources which will help restaurants in need of assistance will be available, and restaurant owners may be able to apply for funding to offset costs of continuing culinary education, the perpetuation of Hawaii’s culture through culinary arts, and/or business relief. The continued partnership between Y.
