Ya got a big EGO...
from The Glow Getter Show Hosted by Desiree Uzzell
Hᴏᴡ Yᴏᴜʀ Eɢᴏ ɪs Kᴇᴇᴘɪɴɢ Yᴏᴜ Fʀᴏᴍ Gᴇᴛᴛɪɴɢ Sᴇxʏ ᴀғ... I bet 𝑒𝑔𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑙 might be one of the last words you use to describe yourself. In fact, you're probably wishing your ego was a little bit louder so you had some more confidence! But I'm not talking about being a ego-centric, holier-than-thou maniac... Your EGO is simply the part of your mind that separates the conscious from the unconscious and is responsible for helping us determine our self-esteem. Which means it's important to be in touch with! Ain't no WAY your gonna see yourself as 𝒔𝒆𝒙𝒚 if you can't believe it in the mind! BUT... When the ego becomes 𝑂𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔... 𝐷𝑖𝑠𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑣𝑒... 𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝐸𝑎𝑠𝑖𝑙𝑦 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑑... You start blocking your own blessings, including the ability to see your body become truly limitless! You'll stop learning, choose toxic cycles again and again, and even end life-changing relationships or habits to save yourself from feeling 𝑆𝑚𝑎𝑙𝑙... 𝐸𝑚𝑏𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑑... 𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝑀𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑙𝑒𝑠𝑠... And I get it. No one wants that. But what if triggering your ego didn't have to be so scary? What if you could use these triggers to help you get of the rut your in and finally get results? What if it not only changed your health and fitness, but unlocked you potential?! Wouldn't it be worth investigating it?! Let's do it TOGETHER in our newest episode of The Glow Getter Show!
