Speaking of the topic, a book which has something to do with vegetarian foods comes to my mind. You know, today, millions of ordinary people are most likely to eat different kinds of meat, such as pork and beef. By doing so, the toxcins would accumulate in the body if they eat these sorts of meat for too long.  For my part, this idea has been in my mind for a long time, I mean a lot of years maybe, since I was a college student. I was planning to make a change about it. It should be like a reference book, I can say. You know, a wide range of useful and pretty advice can be found in the book. you can also find more than one hundred or even like ten hundred cooking tips and skills about vegetarian food, like vegetarian salad for example. Meantime, I would recommend those readers to download a version of electronic ones, which in my consideration, a more reasonable way to get my book. What I am trying to say is that, I will put the book on the internet as well, they must be a hardwork, I am willing to do so. See I told you that's all about it. So that's it.
