雅思口语P2 Describe a time when you didn't have enough time(来不及的经历)(文字版）

Mention about the subject, an experience that I didn't have enough time to see off my close friend comes to my mind. At the end of last year, one of best friend planned to study and live in another country, in Canada actually. I was thinking to give him a surprise to see him off on that early morning, in the meantime, I bought a book for him as the gift. I still remembered that was a sunny cold morning in winter, I got up a bit late then things didn't go on smoothly. I got stuck in the traffic, as you probably know, the airport was located in another part of my city. He couldn't wait for me for too long. The funny thing is that I was very very annoyed about being late at the beginning, a couple of minutes later, I decided to talk to him on video, the Skype you know. Quite user-friendly. We didn't talk too much, you know, it was men`s talk. So, that whole thing. That is it.
