雅思口语P2 Describe a time when you saw children behave badly in public（文字版）

Mention about the topic, I used to see a bunch of young children in central library of my city when I was staying focused on my paper work. On the third floor, where was the place we usually sat and did some reading. Those children were like making noises and speaking loudly sometimes. You know, they looked very young, probably at the age of 10 or something, their parents were not with them and apparently, this is why they could behave badly in the library I think. At the beginning, not a lot of people noticed them, but after a few minutes, I found people were not fine with this phenomenon, it was a disaster in fact. People who were sitting in the study room couldn't put a smile of joy on face. Fortunately, the noises stopped after the library staff came to them, maybe the supervisor I might say. I think this is not a big thing but their parents should keep an eye on their children. That is it.
