雅思口语P2 Describe something you made that you gave to other people(文字版）

It was a handmade handbag actually for a good friend of mine. An old fashioned t-shirt, the scissors and glue. These are what I need for real. By the way, I bought that t-shirt from Taobao. I spent 200 Yuan or sth. A bit expensive I might say. The process seems much easier than expected. As I also received a video which showed me how to make it step by step. The point was that I had to choose a proper material, you know, not a lot of old fashioned t-shirt could be used for this. Honestly, I preferred to do so mainly because I planned to give it to my best friend as the birthday gift. In fact, I want to give her something special. More importantly, I have never done something like that before. This is the center. Above all, my friend apparently liked it so much. She was rather surprised that a man could make it in this way.
