I think that the age of 50 is perfect for women in life. You know, women are usually staying focused on families and their children`s education, apparently, they do this quite often in life. Or let us say, they have been doing this all thought their lifetime. So, the age of retirement should be a bit earlier as well. In the meantime, the age of 60 should be right for men. You know, men are usually energetic, psychologically and physically, no matter how old they are, they are full of something or energy all day long. Their retirement age should be in this way, the age of 60 would suit them well. So, that is it.
