Yackety Sax! Happy Birthday Benny Hill - A brief review of the life of a very funny man

21 January happens to be the birthday of one of my all-time favorite comedians, Alfred Hawthorne Hill aka Benny Hill so I thought it would be fitting to do a tribute. I have very fond memories of watching his show as a youngin and just laughing my ass off and the lingerie wearing ladies were a nice bonus ;) . His style of comedy definitely hit the mark for me back then and I did a quick rewatch of a few episodes and to me, they still hold up. Slapstick and physical comedy is a very difficult style to keep funny, and the master Benny has a 40+ year career of outstanding performances in both music and TV shows. So join me as I reflect on the life of Benny Hill Wikipedia page  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benny_Hill The Wishing Well sketch rated as #1 by viewers in the Is Benny Hil Still Funny? documentary Is Benny Hill still funny? 2006 Documentary directed by Cybele Rowbottom and produced by Cybele Rowbottom, Stephen McGinn, and Andrew O'Connor.
