Summary: The Hear Foundation started with the story of a Black man who was shot five times by a Pittsburgh police officer and paralyzed during a traffic stop that arose from a case of mistaken identity. Leon Ford used that story for social change, police reform, and reconciliation between police and community. The CEO of the Hear Foundation, Cindy L.
