Yankees Offense Completely Collapsed Without Aaron Judge
from Evan & Tiki
The Yankees scored just five runs and collected 12 hits in their three-game playoff exit, forcing a painful question about whether this lineup simply wasn’t good enough without Aaron Judge. Evan Roberts points to the brutal numbers without Judge and admits the offensive collapse shouldn’t have been nearly as surprising as it felt. The conversation then shifts from Aaron Boone’s Trent Grisham decision to a much bigger organizational problem. Shaun Morash argues the Yankees repeatedly stick with struggling players in crucial moments, while Evan and Tiki Barber examine a roster that now needs Ben Rice, George Lombard Jr. and other young players to develop into stars as Judge gets older.
