Adam and Thomas might be at a breaking point. The Yankees weren't even mentioned as one of the teams in the running for Max Scherzer ... and he ended up signing with the Mets. They're also reportedly not linked to any of the other big-name free agents still on the market before the Dec. 1 "deadline" ... which is when the current CBA expires. What is this team doing?
