Yard Games - Practicing Self-Restraint

from Kiddywink Crew Podcast · host Kiddywink Crew

Ready, Set, Stop Hugo is excited to attend art camp with his cousin but finds himself struggling with the camp's activities. There's just too much waiting, and patience is not one of Hugo's strong suits. Noticing Hugo's frustration, his thoughtful cousin comes up with a brilliant idea. She talks to her parents, and they decide to find a camp that's better suited to Hugo's energetic nature. At the new camp, Hugo and his cousin participate in a game of Red Light, Green Light. This fun and engaging game helps Hugo learn the importance of listening and practicing self-restraint. Through the game, Hugo discovers how to control his impulses and wait for the right moment to move. By the end of the camp, Hugo has gained valuable skills in patience and self-control. He realizes that listening and knowing when to stop are powerful tools that can help him in many aspects of life.Support the show
