Yasmina Ksikes is a food alchemist, a culinary artist who, in the words of David Lynch, "brings joy with her food and luxuriates in the cooking process."Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Yasmina was nurtured by a household rich in spices, music, and great food. Her mother and grandmothers, teachers by tradition, passed down the sacred rituals of Moroccan cooking.
