Yavapai County Businesses Await SBA EIDL Approval

Send us a text and chime in!Yavapai County businesses impacted by the recent Pocket Fire may soon have access to critical financial relief through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program. The low-interest federal loan program is designed to help local economies recover from the severe loss of tourism and operational revenue caused by the wildfire. If approved, the EIDL program will offer up to 30-year loans with interest rates capped at 4 percent. To give businesses vital breathing room to stabilize, both principal and interest payments are deferred for the first year of the loan.
