Sanctioned by the Working Ranch Cowboys Association (WRCA), the event is not your typical rodeo. The husband-and-wife team Logan and Josie Anderson started the non-profit J & L Productions company -- a 501(c)(3) – in Arizona for their rodeos nine years ago.
