Mike has received a large quantity of documents on a law suit filed by family members on behalf of those who died when the Boeing 747 was allegedly shot down by a missile shortly after take-off on July 17, 1996 around 8:31 p.m.EDT. The families are disputing the 'official government story' that the plane crashed as a result of a faulty fuel pump in one of its fuel tanks.
