Yearlong Discipleship, Episode 34: 'My House Shall Be Called a House of Prayer'

In this episode, Dan and Andrew discuss Matthew 21:13 (ESV): ‭‭He said to them, "It is written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer,' but you make it a den of robbers." They discuss what God's goal always is: Relationship.  The anger stirred inside Him when He turned tables over was about exactly that: People getting in the way of people meeting Him.  Prayer is connection with Jesus, it's connecting with Him, spending time with Him, listening to Him.  It's a relatioinship...and anything that gets in the way, God wants flipped over/removed from His temple.  And where is that temple that He dwells in now?  Our heart Check out the PDF worksheet here!
