Luke 14:13-14 (ESV): ‭‭"But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just." In this episode Dan and Andrew discuss Luke 14:13-14. In this they share about how the Holy Spirit has convicted them in asking the question: 'Do I even have many poor in my life?' To be able to invite the poor we have to be with the poor. Jesus invites us to intentionally be His hands and feet. He is with the poor. He loves the poor and He asks us to invite them to the feast, which means they are in our lives and we are in there's. This can be and is messy, and it's meant to be. God didn't ask us to separate ourselves as He cleans our souls and lives up. He never separated us from the messy...but asks us to turn around and share the saving grace we've received and the gifts He's given us with others who are in need. Check out the PDF in our bio!
