Years flow by: Crohn's Journey - With Adam

In today's episode I am joined with Adam who has Crohn's Disease he was diagnosed in 2015. Adam shares his journey with Crohn's disease and we say how much time fly's almost 8 years since Adam's diagnosis. Adam shares surgery and stoma stories and we talk fistulas and blood and medication!  So much talked about in this episode in Adam's first podcast, he talks about he was diagnosis and a new surgery that's coming up for him next year we hope everything goes well for him!  We also talk about hobbies, such as football and the ongoing world cup!  Great advise from Adam saying he offers support to anyone who needs in as he has experience with Crohn's.  Thank you again Adam!
