We got into the holiday spirit listening to some great themed music... but with a sneering punk twist to them. We listened to music from Alice Bag, The Fall, post punk band Shame, 80s underground pop rock mavericks The Cleaners from Venus, female punks Child's Pose and Trash Kit, Welsh punks The La La Lettes, synthpop band Goat Girl, Bern, Switzerland-based disco outfit Da Cruz, young punks Revivalry and had some classic tunes from The White Stripes, Gruff Rhys and Liam Gallagher.This week's Masala chai was courtesy the seabreeze indie of Matt Surfin' and Friends.(In case anyone was wondering, the sleigh bells app is called Jingle+.
