Yellow Brit Road 6 June 2022: Pride! - Grassroots Queer Festivals, Kill Rock Stars, New Releases

It's June, which is Pride month, and the celebrations have kicked off on this multicoloured Road! Last year we relived and celebrated queer music history (still available on the podcast feed!), this year, we're firmly in the present, with one hopeful eye on the future. I'd like to give a platform to queer music scenes anywhere in the world, so if you would like to spotlight your local scene, send me an email at [email protected]! This week, we highlighted St. Albans' queer techno Flesh Festival, and US west coast queer-heavy indie label Kill Rock Stars'. fundraisers for Tegan & Sara Foundation.
