YEM returns with an exclusive interview with Arielle Jacobs, who starred as Delilah in the musical, Between the Lines. For those who need a refresher on her background, Arielle starred in several musicals such as In the Heights, Wicked, Into the Woods, and the stage play of High School Musical. We briefly ask Arielle what the process of morphing herself into the character of a 17-year-old girl, was and if there were any challenges. Upon being asked this question, Arielle mentions it was like playing as a 17-year-old version of herself. She felt like she remembered what it was like to be a 17-year-old, sometimes to her it still feels like she's 17, and to her, it felt fun to be able to step back into the shoes of what it was like when she was in high school. She mentions that when she was 17, she did move into a whole new school.
