YEM returns with an exclusive interview with Damian Terriquez, who stars as Dizmal in the series Glamorous! For those who need a refresher on the series, the show tells the story of Marco Mejia, a gender, non-conforming queer person, and make-up enthusiast, who lands himself on a lifetime gig as an intern for a cosmetics company called Glamorous Cosmetics and meets the founder of Glamorous Cosmetics, Madolyn Addison. We briefly asked Damian about their acting experience, how they got into acting in the first place, and their audition process. Damian starts by mentioning their character Dizmal, whose role is the best friend/sage in the show.
