Chef Stephen Jeffers has cooked for celebrities, VIPs and Royalty. As the boss of the successful Forestside  Cookery School,  he's a well-known contributor to Northern Ireland's' food scene. As a restaurateur he knew business success, where everything he touched was a triumph.  He also knew crushing disappointment and eventually saw everything he'd built-up, melt away.
