Kennedy Jr. and FDA Commissioner Marty Makary requesting that the generic mifepristone expansion be suspended while the FDA conducts its safety review of the name-brand mifepristone already on the market. The lawmakers wrote, “The ‘abortion-on-demand’ culture enabled by the Biden-Harris administration’s removal of critical safeguards on the only FDA-approved abortion regimen is currently the biggest threat to unborn life in America today,” reports The Washington Stand.
