In the dead of night, as people sleep, that is when the spirits creep. As the bell tolls three dark things take power, we like to call it the supernatural hour. Hey, welcome to the supernatural hour. I am your host Raven.

I'm Chad. This is Emmet. I'm Moon. And those that you don't hear couldn't be here tonight.

A couple things come up, so as always we're excited for them to come back and we miss them. Yep, but we're glad to have Moon here and Emmet here and us. We're excited to be here. Thank you.

Thanks. We did the company I retired from two months ago had a Christmas party last night and I was invited to that. Oh, that was nice. That's what we did last night.

That was fun. We had a Christmas party too. It's my family Christmas party. They decided to branch out a little bit like extended family.

My mom and her sisters and they had a Swedish themed Christmas party. Wow. So what did that tell? So they had Swedish food.

I mean, that was show up. No, no, thank goodness. No, they usually have the regular Utah food fair of ham rolls, funeral potatoes, which is kind of a cheesy potato casserole. If you don't know what funeral potatoes are, they're called funeral potatoes because I know some of you are asking because that Utah funerals, that's what they have, kind of a shredded potato with a afterwards for the family and it's got actually available in the freezer section of your Northern Utah supermarket.

Yes. And if you want the recipe, just email me all sent it together. They're very good. I can't eat potatoes.

They make me sick, but I ate a little bit anyway, because they're delicious. But what they did this year, but I mean, they still had the regular fair for the little kids, but they assigned all of us older cousins to bring a Swedish dish and they had salmon and cucumber salad and stuff. And then instead of doing any activity, they did Saint Lucia, Saint Lucia, and where they have the crown with the candles back in the old days, the candles were lit and it would have been the oldest daughter, so it would have been me. That's Arthur Brown from the 60s.

He was, I don't know, maybe only Chad and I remember Arthur Brown, but he did that fire song, remember that? And when he performed live, he had like a crown with flames coming out of it. He was like the first shot rock performer. Yeah, I was thinking that all the Swedish first oldest daughters just had no hair because their hair always come on fire every December.

Right. Right. Yeah, so we used LED lights. So it was fun.

I like that. Paper. Back to the business. So for the business, again, this week, we don't have any additional new business.

So contribute to your local food bank. We'll get some things going for our investigations in January and we'll get that information out as soon as we can. We have a little bit of business. If you are a patron, we have your newsletters ready and we have your swag for this quarter that literally came like 10 minutes ago, 5 to 10 minutes ago.

It went on the porch, brought it upstairs. They're really cute. You'll love it. So if you want to get in on your quarterly swag and your two weeks later newsletter, sign up on Patreon on our website.

And if you sign up now, you'll still get it. Yes, you will. Because I have extras. Alright, so the business is brought to you as always by Castle Photo Heart.

Go to Castle for all of your photo needs. Residential. We had a residential this week. It was a little different than most residential.

Repeat customers. Was a repeat customer. And she actually didn't have a whole lot going on as far as activity. But she did say that she was getting some weird dreams.

She works from home. And so she's in her home a lot. And she had it fixed up really cool. It looked really cool.

I asked if I could take a video to show my daughter because my daughter would love this. But she did contact us and she said, hey, I moved. And you said that anytime we move into a new place, we should have a clan that's your blast or whatever route you want to take. They essentially do the same thing.

Or at least walk through and see what you feel. So it was just Chad and I. Not very many people could come. Just this time of year gets busy.

The holidays. Everybody had a party or had to work. So Chad and I just popped up. Which wasn't a big deal because we thought, it's not like she's saying her chairs are spinning and she's vomiting in a piece of soup or anything.

I would have been there for that. That's right. Okay. In the future, that's what's happening.

We blow off. We have an image that's going on. Except, there's a piece of soup. He'd be like, I'm there.

Oh, yeah, I'm there. So we went in and it felt very uplifting. I don't know if that's the right word. But it didn't feel dark.

It didn't feel heavy. We did figure out that there were two type ones, two human spirits. If you're a new listener, a type one is a human spirit. And one was female, one was male.

They both wanted to cross. When we find a spirit that wants to cross, we don't have the capability to cross them. But we do have the capability to make them aware. They help them cross.

They know how to cross. Sometimes those spirits just get so involved and so focused on other things that they don't look around them literally. So we just invite them to look around. They see the light and they know how to go through.

So we helped them across. We did find a positive portal. But we closed it. A lot of people might say, well, if it was a positive portal, why do you close it?

Well, it was right in the middle of her bathroom. And she's quite sensitive. And oftentimes these type one spirits that are looking to talk to someone because they're confused or looking for help. If they notice that someone is aware of them, they tend to hang around and where she works there and lives there.

Try to get their attention. Yeah. So we talked about it for a while. And she decided that the best thing to do might be to close that to give her a little piece of mind.

Because I said, the way you are, where you're sensitive, I said you can just go outside and attract the spirits. Your spirit will be attracted to you. You don't need it. You don't need it.

You don't need a subway station in your bathroom. But correct me if I'm wrong. But doesn't it seem like there are a lot of portals in bathrooms? Yes.

And it makes me wonder if it has something to do with water. Because water can be... That's the thing. The shower, the toilet.

There's lots of water things and all the pipes going in and through. So we went into our bedroom. And you got the energy too. I mean, electrical.

You don't have as many electrical things. But there's always plugs and lights and mirrors. Yes. Well, yeah.

Good points. Yeah. We pumped into our bedroom and she had mirrors facing each other. And so it's not a problem yet because you don't have anything, you don't ask in here yet.

And the way she had it laid out was really cool. And she had just a narrow little... I call it a stem wall, but just a narrow little section of wall. And she had some pictures and then the mirrors and then some pictures.

And I said, you know, I don't know what kind of fun you were going with here. But I said, I would simply just move those mirrors up higher and move the photos down lower. You know, you can keep everything there. Just put it in the door.

Just over and out directly facing each other with the mirror on the opposite wall. That would be a psychomantium and not a good thing. Yeah. Or you know, she's like, oh, could I move the big mirrors?

I was like, yeah, I said you could do whatever you want. It's your space. Just don't have those mirrors looking into each other. She's like, I love mirrors.

I said, I do too. I mean, the thing about mirrors in small spaces, they visually make the room look bigger. So, you know, if you're in a small apartment, you want to put in mirrors. Just don't let them face each other.

So anyway, so we got it. We helped those spirits cross over. We cleansed it, taught her how to cleanse, closed everything up, and I think she's good. So what did you tell her about cleansing and sagey?

So when we walked in, you could tell that she had burned some sage. And a lot of people burn sage, which is the right thing to do if you have a spirit in your home. But the problem with just burning sage is you're just chasing your spirit around. Yeah, you've got to go through the house in a correct order and not just chase up room to room.

Right, because if you, you know, if you sage in the front room, they're going to run into the bathroom, and then you go in the bathroom, they're going to run in the bedroom, and you can just do that all day. So the best way to do it is pick and exit. It doesn't matter where that exit is. It could be a window in the back of the house.

It could be the door in front of the house. It doesn't matter. You're going to salt the entire perimeter of your house except that exit. And then you're going to go to a place opposite that exit.

And just room by room, cleanse every room, sage the room, salt the door. Don't forget to like do like cisterns and sinkss and you know, and you're going to put salt down your toilet, your drains, your windowsills. Yep. And then yeah, and just think you're just pushing all that energy.

And this only has to be just a little bit of salt. This does not have to be like a half inch thick thing of salt. Right. I would say it's literally a half a handful into an entire house with that.

You don't need to take a bag of rock salt. No, it doesn't need to be an inch thick everywhere. Yeah. And we've actually at times taken a little water sprayer with a salt solution in it to get to difficult spots.

Yeah, if it's a really large home that we have to cleanse. Otherwise, you'll be doing it. Yeah, you'll be doing it. Like a smaller apartment and some of these things.

Oh, I just got the best idea for getting salt into hard to reach places. Ooh, let's hear. The bug assault, those little shotguns supplies. Oh, yeah.

You put salt in it that fires just plain old table salt at bugs. I can shoot it across the room. We can walk in really looking like Ghostbusters. I think we're flying over our shoulder.

I always wanted one of those anyway and now I have an excuse. It's a ghost. No, really, it's for ghost hunting. It's for ghost hunting.

I can write this off. So yeah, so you just do that and you just keep doing that until you force everything, you know, towards your exit point. And then you cleanse that final room where your exit point is in and then you salt the exit point and you're done. And close the door or window.

So I mean, you could leave it open if you wanted, but I was close it because it just feels. Because it was like 26 degrees. Yeah. And then that tour spirit is like Bill Bixby, that final scene of the amazing whole show years and years ago walking down the road.

Looking for another place. Yep. You remember that? You know, I used to watch that show when I was a little, but I don't remember the final scene.

I didn't watch it regularly. I was, I was, I was a little older. So I remember that stuff. Yeah.

It was the age where I would watch it if it came on. Well, you had to. You watched what your parents watched. Yeah.

Exactly. I've got the Dukes of Hazard Castle and I watched the Dukes of Hazard every Friday. That's a scary show. Yeah, we won't even go there.

You can get political. Okay. So, um, pause this for just a second because there was something I wanted to say that was kind of business. Three, two.

All right. So it was a, it was a good investigation. Yeah, a lot of fun. It was really, really short, but it was good.

So not only do we kick out bad stuff, we can also come make your place. A safe space, a cleared space. Um, and again, we don't charge for it. So if you're in the, in the Utah area, give us a shout.

That's right. Thanks. So if you remember on the last podcast, towards the end, I kind of pause dramatically, which sometimes I listen to the podcast and I feel like I talk like William Shatner. So for that, I apologize.

I don't intend to send like William Shatner. Why do you talk like that? I know. I feel like I talk like that sometimes.

But towards the end, I, I, William Shatner a little more than normal. And I said, sorry for the pause, but I heard someone whisper and remember I asked if everybody was whispering. Yeah. So Castle is like the EDP expert of the world.

And so I shot him a text. I said, Hey, go listen to the podcast. And I think it's between 42 minutes and 28 seconds and 42 minutes and 32 seconds. I said, listen between there.

Tell me if you hear an EDP. So he got back with me a couple of days later and he said, there's something there, but I can't tell what it is. So there is an EDP. We just can't tell what it says.

Well, I was an on last time. So it wasn't me breaking wind or anything. We can really you out. Yeah.

So go back and listen to it to me. It sounds like a woman. So. Go get on.

I was dead silent. So well, you would have rolled out on your mic. Yeah, you hear it and where I heard it. It was like it was behind me and not it didn't sound like it was on my headphones.

Interesting. We all have headphones on, but it sounded like a thing behind me. Anyway, I don't know what it was, but it was. You can have headphones moon.

You're not wearing pink ones. I know I don't order me. Wait, maybe I need to go for or I'm going to bling these ones out. You know, if you ever see me on investigation, I'm the sparkly one.

She made me sparkle. I got some sparkle. I did it. I got you sparkly too, but I'm a little extra.

She's fine. She's more sparkly. Okay. Absolutely.

Did I get you off? Did you want to say one thing about bling? Nope. Nope.

Nope. Can I point out that you guys can have all the sparkle for yourself? That's it. I'm good.

That's okay. That I point out that you do have on pink headphones in it. That's because I had to grab them. I've been trying for 20 minutes before we sat down tonight to try to debug the channel in my black headphones and we got to the point where I was out of time and I didn't have time to go grab another pair.

So I just grabbed the pink ones and. Well, you know, they work. So far. Yeah.

So far. I'm in it. But no sparkles. I mean, I can hook you up.

That's my job. I'm sure I know you're the sparkle connection. I am. Thank you.

Disincation need. I'm here for you. Oh, I'll think. So Emma had to reset up his studio.

Because she just moved. Yes. Yes, I did. This is crazy.

I retired on October 1st and we decided we were going to. I'm too old, you know, to take care of that big property and that because the four level house, there's no kids at home anymore. It's too much for Kelly and I. So we decided to sell it and move to a 55 plus community, which is really nice place.

It's turned out to be a good move. And it's actually about the same square footage as the two levels of the house we were living on. But yeah, I had to tear down the entire studio and move it to the new place. Fortunately, I just barely got this thing back up and running a couple of days ago.

So we're glad you're back in your studio and working with our supernatural hour. Oh, glad to be back. Okay. So let's talk about Snowwalker slash Yeti.

I kind of like Snowwalkers better. I think that sounds better. I haven't heard that one. You haven't heard Snowwalkers?

No, I remind you I start wars though. Kind of does. Oh, yeah. Kind of does it in the scene where Luke Skywalker is hanging upside down from his feet.

Yeah. Oh, what was that? A Wampa? Is that what they called it?

Yeah, I think that was right. Something like that. It looked like the the abominable snowman on that that Rankin Bass stop motion cartoon. Yes.

You remember? Yeah, it looked exactly like that. Oh, yes. They just needed to Herbie.

They would have about Herbie then, you know, that Wampa wouldn't have had to head his arm cut off. So if Castle were here, he could tell you the name of what it was called on Star Wars because when he was little and when Star Wars first came out, well, he would have been really, he would have been two was Star Wars first came out. I was 18. He had all the figures.

He had everything he had. He had Elinium Falcon. He had all the figurines. He had everything.

And then when he was on his mission, his LDS mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, my mom was, you know, trying to make some room and clean out clutter. And she actually asked him, hey, what about all your Star Wars stuff? Can I give it away? And he was like, yeah, that's fine.

And then Star Wars got really big again because they came out with a new movie. Yeah, he could have retired already a wealthy man if he'd have kept that stuff. Yeah, he kicked himself very hard. And then he spent years buying and all that.

And his kids, when they were little, were appalled that he would buy these toys and not open them. That's right. We are so often that we let's come back to actual snow walkers. We brought snow walkers.

Wampums. Like most people call them. Most people call them Bigfoot. Yeti never complains.

Yeah. And actually, you know, honestly, Yetis and Bigfoot are basically the same thing. Except they've got different hair colors. Yeah, one's blonde and one's a brunette.

I was actually going to say when I was doing research for this, actually a lot of the sites that I read said that they were brown in color. Yeah, I read reddish brown. Yeah, kind of like a ring of thing, brown. Red.

But when you say Yeti, you always think of the light, the light, the bottom, snowman. Yeah. So in Utah, we get snow. In fact, our license plates say we've got the greatest snow on Earth.

Because we do. It's nice and powdery. I mean, you may have heard of the film talk about it or snow in the last podcast. It just did.

It's powder. Sometimes it's wet and get keep it. It's very nice. But I have not heard about any snow walkers in Utah.

But it is an ape-like creature. And the Yeti, as opposed to Bigfoot, is what you would find in the Himalayas, you know, in the Pauline Tibet in that area. If you're talking about a Yeti in the West, you would refer to it as an abominable snowman. And if you go online, there's actually quite an interesting YouTube by Jonathan Frakes.

You will know him as. Record, Commander, record. Commander, record. Commander, record from Star Trek Next Generation, my favorite character.

He actually does quite a long episode on snow walkers. It's really interesting. But this kind of got popularized, I want to say, you know, in modern lore, in 1951, was kind of when it took about. There were some sightings before.

We'll talk about a few of those here in a minute. And that's quite a bit before the Bigfoot film footage. Like it was at 68 or 65. The film was the famous Bigfoot.

So this was the 58th Paterson film. Yeah. So this was taken in 1951 by a fellow named Eric Shipton. And he was a mountaineer.

And he found some mysterious footprints. He says that they were about 12 to 13 inches long, about twice as wide as his boot, and the lower part of the Glacier in Himalayas. They're considered to be cousins to Wendy Goose, and they're compared to Bigfoot in North America, like we said. They've got Darkfur, maybe some white patches here and there.

And they've also been seen in Siberia. Just kind of all in that Eurasian area. I even read China. Well, they share a share border with that Himalayan area.

So that makes sense. Yeah. They're probably not going to care about borders. I don't have my passport.

It's going to be anywhere in Asia. It's just a huge continent. So they've got the greatest range over there of anywhere. Oh, absolutely.

It's crazy. Well, and the Himalayas are huge. And they go up, I think, through India and Nepal to bat China. I mean, it's a huge range.

Yeah. It's a huge, huge area. Some other sightings was in 1921. By a fellow named Lieutenant Colonel Charles Howard.

And this was in Mount Everest on an expedition that he was on. And he crossed what's called, I don't know how to pronounce this, L-H-A-G-P-A. Lagpah. He was about 21,000 feet.

And he found footprints. And this is a quote. He said that were probably caused by a large wolf-like creature in which the soft snow formed double tracks, rather than like those of a barefoot man. A Sherpa Guide said that they belong to what they called the wild man of the snows.

And so for the Sherpas, this is something that they've known about for a long time. Yeah, and at that kind of height, you just don't have a lot of things just trucking around leaving footprints. Exactly. It's not like there's a lot of vegetation up there.

Not a lot of deer to be chasing anything. Right. Well, deer's footprints are pretty small. Yeah, it's not going to be mistaken.

I think Yeti's eat Sherpas, don't they? Probably. That's all there is. That's all there is.

What I did not realize is that Yeti is part of a pre-Buddas belief in many of the Himalayan people. They actually worship a glacier bean as a god of the hunt. Did you guys know that? No, that was news to me.

It was to me too. They believed that the blood of mere god, which means wild man, you certain animals, kind of an ape-like creature, he carried a large stone weapon and made kind of a whistling swoosh sound. That was not William Shatner talk right there. That was, I couldn't read my handwriting.

Are you sure? Sure. Yes. There's a couple words that I had to kind of make up because my handwriting looks like crap.

Doc would be proud. But this idea of the wild man was actually adopted into Tibetan Buddhism. He's considered he, meaning the Yeti or the snow walkers, considered non-human, but human enough to follow Dharma. So if you're familiar with Buddhism at all, and I do not claim to be an expert, so if you know more about Buddhism than I do, forgive me.

But basically in Buddhism, you're just trying to find yours in. You know, you're Dharma. They do believe that Yeti slash the walkers are human enough to find their Dharma. Interesting.

Yeah, very interesting. So in 1832, James Hodgison, this is the interesting thing is when I take notes, my hand, I will abbreviate things, thinking that later, I will know what it is. Well, it's later, and I don't know what some of my abbreviations are for. But this man in 1832, his name was James Hodgison, and his local guide saw a tall, bipedal animal that fled into the forest, and they thought it was an orangutan.

And keep in mind, it is 1832. We don't really know much more about that, but that was probably the first sighting that I ran across in my stints on the internet. And probably the first ones observed by Westerners. But you know there's been sightings of other things because, you know, Sherpa's no of them.

It's kind of been brought into the Buddhist religion. In 1899, footprints reported by Lawrence Waddell, also of a bipedal creature. He asked around and didn't really have any first-hand experiences, but heard a lot of second-hand experiences. In the 20th century, there's more people.

There's more stories because there's better media, and so we get a lot more. In 1925, N.A. Tombazzi took photos and a number of Royal Geographical Society. That would be English, correct?

Yes. Canadian works part of the Commonwealth, I guess. He saw a creature about 15,000 feet near a glacier that was about 200, or I'm sorry, 2,000 to 3,000 yards, for about a minute. You know, he observed this creature, and he said unquestionably the figure in the outline was exactly like a human being, walking upright and stopping occasionally to pull and eat, wrote a dendrons that were along the path.

He was dark against the snow, worn no clothes, and later they saw the footprints that were undoubtedly bipedal. Oh! Is what the fellow said. And he was a photographer.

In 1937, John Hunt and Pissing Sherpa saw footprints above the Zemen Glacier. In 1944, there was a man named C.R. Cook and his wife. They found large white prattle prints about 14,000 feet below Zingalia Ridge, and the Sherpads with them said it was the wild man.

So it sounds like there's a lot of confirmation from the Sherpas and the local people on these various expeditions over quite a wide period of time. Yes. So everyone knows Edmond Hillary. Well, I know of him.

I didn't mean him personally. No, but you know of him. I mean, that's a very famous, very famous. First man to scale Everest.

Absolutely. So in 1948, 1951, 1953, 1954, 1956, 57, and 60, he's decided, and 60 to 61, a silver hunt expedition to get evidence. He's like, okay, I've heard enough stories, you know, all these sightings. I've heard all the stories from the Sherpas.

I'm aware of the Buddhist belief. He says, we are going to go in an expedition to get evidence of these snow walkers. And so he borrowed what's supposed to be a Yeti scalp from the Bettin monastery, had it analyzed, and it was actually closely related to a zero species. Oh, what species?

Zero. S-E-R-O-W. Zero species. Oh, I think that's, I think those are like, are they ground dwelling, quadrupedes, the greys, like, I don't know, I think it would be like a rhinoceros or something.

I think so. Something like that. Yeah, I think they're, yeah, I'm gonna look that up. And so, you know, they put a lot of research into it, but they said it's absolutely not human, and it's not bare, because a lot of people are like, oh, yeah, you're just seeing bears.

Okay, it's a fish, it's a game fish, but I'm not seeing it as the, some kind of larger animal, no hits or a larger animal, just a fish. So that's obviously not it. Right. Yeah, they're not seeing a fish stomping around, leaving footprints.

So this could have been a, just a term of the day that's no longer used, maybe. Right. And when I typed it in, I didn't really find a whole lot on it either. But I did find it interesting that it wasn't related to a bear, in a sort of a ring-a-ting, in a sort of human, nothing that you would think of standing upright, doing the things that they say they do.

I kept kind of looking into sightings. I'm in 1966. There were some sightings of a Yeti. 1970, there have been sightings.

I'm in 1983, they found footprints, and you're thinking Raven, you're just throwing out dates, give us some information. All the information is the same. You know, they find these footprints that they can't explain. In 2007, you know who Josh Gates from Destination Truth is?

Yeah. I've actually met him. He signed a book for me. Cool.

They went on an expedition into the Himalayas because they wanted to find out some information. They found footprints. They made casts of these footprints. And they were able to find some hair.

And in 2009, two years later, they were able to do some genetic testing on this DNA. And they revealed that the hair contained an unknown DNA sequence, that they couldn't link to anything. So interesting. When I was doing some research, it showed a picture of the Yeti's foot, one of the first ones that was captured.

And the guy put his pig axe next to it for reference. And the thing was pretty big. I'm just oddly shaped. I don't know if hopefully most people have seen, but yeah, they're kind of gangly looking feet.

I'm seeing like figures like 13 inches long and bigger. Just about the size of that pig axe. That's a pretty big foot. Big foot.

Yeah. Well, and sometimes in the snow, when things melt, there can be an impression and they will enlarge. Right. And so you, you know, you don't necessarily know based upon how long it's been since the foot was laid down and what the weather conditions are.

But sometimes even where you know, it's a human footprint, you know, a boot, it will get considerably larger in the future. It will get a little bit larger in the ice and snow on the sunny day. So the fact that they're, you know, the bigger feet, the things like that, I think that's very probable just because, you know, they're cousins. You know, we call them big foot.

And those are more in mud and those kinds of things where it's not snow that expands like that. Right. Yeah. That's a good point.

So kind of segues perfectly into the next section of the Chinese, the Russians and the people of India actually have launched some investigations. And they've proven that some of these have been hoaxes, but some of them, they can't disprove. And so, the Chinese knowledge, the last sightings that have been seen of snow walkers or yatties was in 2019. And it was found by an Indian army mountaineering group that found some more prints that measured 32 inches by 15 inches.

Wow. And they were 32 inches? 32 by 15 inches. And they were near a base camp.

And so I'm thinking, yeah, and I'm not, I'm not naysaying what Chad said that things can stretch, but that seems like an awful big stretch for a human foot. So I think somebody in the garrison was out playing a trick on the troops. And that could be. And where am I at on, on Bigfoot yeti?

I don't know. Well, you know, they live in the hills right above your house. You know, my brother. They've been documented right here in our area.

My brother, my youngest little brother, not Castle, the other one claims to have seen Bigfoot in Payson Canyon. If you're not familiar with you, tell you may have heard of Nibel Loop. Nibel Loop is actually quite a popular destination. That's basically Payson Canyon.

It goes up around Santa Quint, comes out of Nefai. But he will swear on his deathbed that he saw a Bigfoot at Payson Canyon. He said he was out walking and saw it walk across the bridge. And he says it was not a bear.

It was not a human. He could not explain what it was. Well, when was this? When he was a teenager.

So it would have been the late 90s. Okay. Okay. Twenty, twenty-five years ago.

Okay. Yep. As I was doing some research, I was finding that the native folklore, they like to explain it as tells of caution for children for roaming into the wild or approaching wild animals. But yeah, as they've done research on hair and the footprints and different things like that, they can be explained away as, oh, that's human hair or that was a bear.

But yeah, like Deann said, there's some things that just don't even fit into animals at all. Yeah. And I think when something gets into the religion and into the lore and the Sherpas are talking about wild men, there's always some nugget of truth in any stereotype, any lore. I mean, for example, you look at dragons, we did an episode on dragons a long, long time ago.

But you've got dragons in every single culture. You know, back in times where those cultures were not even aware of each other. Yeah. And so there was something that made dragons appear in all cultures.

I think it might be the same sort of thing for the Bigfoot, Yeti, the bombable snowman. There's something that has, there's something there that has triggered this in folklore. And whether they're really there, whether they're not, I don't know. But I like to think that there are because I like that little bit of interesting theories out there.

Like maybe there was a dinosaur that didn't go as extinct as they thought or something and was kind of around the world. I don't know. For the dragon to extinct. Just a little bit extinct.

Or other times they may have found fossil bones and trying to explain dinosaur fossils as what they are. Or they get a thing and then they extrapolate the animal that was from what the evidence they found. Right. And I've heard the theory that dinosaurs maybe didn't die out as long ago as we thought.

But this isn't a dinosaur episode. But it can be related back to the abominable snowman. Maybe what they're seeing is footprints that just get stretched out. Maybe it's hair from an animal that's got extinct that surfaces everyone's all who knows.

I've heard it could be just isolated pockets of like gigantopithecus. Which were contemporary of girls and humans. Yeah, just a long time ago. And so little pockets of them exist here and there.

And then you hear about people that have unearthed skeletons of 10 and 12 foot tall humanoids. Right. And I've even seen pictures of those. It's always old.

I don't know if they're hoaxes or not. But it makes you wonder. And it's hard to believe sometimes stuff you see on the internet because AI and Photoshop is so good. It's hard to give.

You can't even say we found this picture on the internet because you don't even know if it's real or not anymore. Yeah. I was watching some videos trying to study this a little bit and I saw a few short videos and I'm like, no. Like they're trying to trick somebody that that is a Yeti.

But no. Yeah. I mean, remember most of what you see online is a hoax. Yeah.

But I know my sister is one of those bad waster. One of those people who's like, oh, it's on the internet. It must be true. Okay.

Whatever. You knew you. You knew you. But regardless, I don't know.

I just like the whole, to me, it just kind of goes back to the paranormal and the mystique and then you don't know. Even though my head says there's probably no such thing. My heart says, oh, but we're just going to be open just to go. Yeah, there's no proof either way is the problem.

Exactly. That's where I'm always at. It's like, well, it's possibility. I don't know for sure.

So any of it goes into the Loch Ness monster. I was at Loch Ness once and I was so excited because I thought I'm going to sit by the shore of Loch Ness and I'm going to have my camera and Loch Ness is going to poke it. I'm going to get a picture of it. I'm going to get a picture of it.

Nobody's ever done that before. I was brilliant. So we get to Loch Ness and it was like a 10 minute photo op. 10 minutes.

That's it. That was it. Yeah, they're like, OK, we're going to stop here. So I'm going to get your pictures.

That's when we're there. We'll make it 10 minutes. And I was like, I can't find the Loch Ness monster in 10 minutes. Yeah, so 10 minutes.

I thought I cannot find the monster in 10 minutes, folks. I'm supposed to become rich and famous this way. I don't care about the nature. I'm supposed to become rich this way.

Anyway, if I were to know it was only 10 minutes, I wouldn't have come on this door. I couldn't even stick my toes in the water. Oh, well. It's not this shame.

I'm not going back. Alrighty, Emmett, our group should go back. I know. Go-Tunting.

That would be fun. That's bucket list stuff. I've spoken to the past about one of these days, we're going to have a really large location that we just can't cover with just people alone. And we're going to need to set up some kind of a command center, OK, or if we want to stay a long time at someplace.

And I've always thought that the part of that I don't like is having to unroll a hundred yards of cable or more and then roll it back up. So I bought a wireless security system. It's got a one terabyte hard drive built in. And it'll handle up eight cameras.

I got it with four initially. And I got each one. It's own battery. It's own stand.

I set these up and the battery will power them for at least six hours. So we don't even have to have power. And I'm looking at the bigger batteries. And we ran a test in a house Tuesday night and they worked great.

They were so sharp. They were actually as sharp or sharper than our 4K night vision camcorders. And they recorded everything. And we were seeing orbs with these things.

And the furnaces were shut off. There was no airflow in this place at all. It was empty. People had moved out.

And it worked so well that the next day I ordered four more cameras. Oh, this is just I got this off Amazon. The brand is I don't know how you say it. I see you HISEU.

But I'm sure they make these in the same factory with a dozen different names on them. Brand names. But it actually worked really well. I just got a 10 inch monitor that I tested it with.

So of course, if you have four images, four screens on a 10 inch monitor, that's not too bad. But I think if I get eight on there, they're going to be pretty small. So I've got a 22 inch monitor also that we can use when we have eight cameras set up. And you can click on each one individually.

So it builds the screen. You know, if you see something move, you click on that one, but it records all of them. What kind of range does it have as far as the cameras from the base station? Well, we actually put cameras through the whole house.

Some of them were up to 50 feet away. We had one in an out building, a garage out behind the place. It was transmitting amazingly well. And this was just with the little antennas that came with them.

I also found long range antennas that fit them that you can attach to them. So I haven't done a range check yet, but that's next. It will easily cover even the largest house. Obviously not something an NBA basketball star lives in, but you know, the largest average house around here, no problem.

Well, and possibly set up for certain areas like at the technique when we do investigations or Fort Douglas. Yeah. And you know, it's a good way to keep track of all these locations and they have, they will report sound as well through getting sound from some of these rooms. Didn't pick up any EVPs, but lots of orbs.

You know, there's there's orbs just about anywhere you go. And like you said earlier, Raven, there's there's spirits in just about any structure, you know, just either walking through or just happen to be there. But that was the big thing for me is I got into this. They're everywhere, literally.

Oh, yeah, absolutely. But I got the whole thing. Oh, yeah, I just want to say I got the whole thing down into one roll around luggage type case. So there is a lot there.

I'll have to get another case for the other four cameras, but it's a pretty cool system. And it's nice not having to unroll just, you know, 200 yards of video cable too. So we will try this out. I mean, you know, if we had to some take a field trip and go to some old West Hotel or something, it would be great for that.

That sounds so cool. We can use my minivan as like a setup station. We're going to paint it like a mystery machine. Oh, yeah, let's do it.

You know, those guys never solved one single case. They never got one shred of real paranormal evidence. It was always like an unscrupulous landlord or something. Every time, right?

Every time there's actually a car. Yeah, there's a car kicking around our neighborhood that's painted up like the business machine. That's kind of fun. Yeah, I think I've seen one too.

I think they work at Walmart. I see I see it at Walmart most of the time. We got to sell these guys tickets. There you go.

No flyers on there. Yeah, I put a lot of history machine. Yeah, exactly. Next if I ever see them walking out of Walmart, I'll have to hit them up.
