來自嘉義布袋漁港偏鄉的蘇振輝董事長，在二十多歲時第一次出國，就是前往歐洲洽商。他在當地看見歐洲源遠流長的歷史文化與生活美學，受到深刻衝擊與震懾，因此立志要將這份生活美學引進台灣。1979年起，楠弘於高雄起家。1987年開始代理全球最大衛浴銅器品牌，經過一番努力，以及商場上誠信的優良風評，如今楠弘已經成為亞洲地區獨家代理德國八大頂級廚衛的企業。同時蘇董事長也開始深耕藝術文化，將美學生活帶給偏鄉孩子，讓每個孩子都帶著美的眼光成長。楠弘集團長期贊助支持台灣獨奏家室內樂團
