Ezr 2:59 "The following were those whocame up from Tel-melah, Tel- harsha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer, though theycould not prove their fathers' houses or their descent, whether they belongedto Israel:"从特米拉、特哈萨、基绿、押但、音麦上来的，不能指明他们的宗族谱系是以色列人不是。Ezr 2:60 "the sons of Delaiah, thesons of Tobiah, and the sons of Nekoda, 652."他们是：第来雅的子孙、多比雅的子孙、尼哥大的子孙，共六百五十二名。Ezr 2:61 "Also, of the sons of thepriests: the sons of Habaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, and the sons of Barzillai(who had taken a wife from the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and wascalled by their name)."祭司中哈巴雅的子孙、哈哥斯的子孙、巴西莱的子孙，因为他们的先祖娶了基列人巴西莱的女儿为妻，所以起名叫巴西莱。Ezr 2:62 "These sought theirregistration among those enrolled in the genealogies, but they were not foundthere, and so they were excluded from the priesthood as unclean."这三家的人，在族谱之中寻查自己的谱系，却寻不着，因此算为不洁，不准供祭司的职任。Ezr 2:63 "The governor told them thatthey were not to partake of the most holy food, until there should be a priestto consult Urim and Thummim."省长对他们说：“不可吃至圣的物，直到有用乌陵和土明决疑的祭司兴起来。”
