Ezr 7:24 "We also notify you that it shall not be lawful to impose tribute, custom, or toll on anyone of the priests, the Levites, the singers, the doorkeepers, the temple servants, or other servants of this house of God."我又晓谕你们，至于祭司、利未人、歌唱的、守门的，和尼提宁，并在 神殿当差的人，不可叫他们进贡、交课、纳税。’Ezr 7:25 "And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God that is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges who may judge all the people in the province Beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God. And those who do not know them, you shall teach."以斯拉啊！要照着你 神赐你的智慧，将所有明白你 神律法的人立为士师、审判官，治理河西的百姓，使他们教训一切不明白 神律法的人。Ezr 7:26 "Whoever will not obey the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be strictly executed on him, whether for death or for banishment or for confiscation of his goods or for imprisonment."凡不遵行你 神律法和王命令的人，就当速速定他的罪，或治死，或充军、或抄家、或囚禁。”
