Yin Yoga, The I Ching and Chinese Medicine-The master teachers of transition and cyclical patterns

This may be the last episode of this year and of Season 3! Not totally sure of that yet but it is the plan☺️ So in the name of wrapping up this Year of the 9 we have been in and preparing for a new vibrational year of the 1 to come, I wanted to speak to some practices and teachings that are so near and dear to me. When I first began recording I wasn’t sure how it all was related and then I saw soon that Yin Yoga, The I Ching and Chinese Medicine are all the best teachers of transition and of learning about our own cyclical nature and the cyclical nature of all things around us…and with us transitioning out of and into a brand new big 9 year cycle plus the even bigger shifts we are all going through dimensionally, these practices and teachings can help many of us.
