Talked with Tracy Sussman, Dir of Marketing, Robin Nierman, Diabetes Prevention Program Coor., and Bryan Hunt, Sr Program Dir at the YMCA PBC. They have a lot of great programs available to the community. November is Diabetes Awareness Month and they are offering a Prevention program at the Y. It's a 26 week class to help increase awareness, reduce weight, increase physical fitness to 150min/wk. They also, have Zumba, Swim Lessons, Cycling, etc. Afterschool and school break camps are also available. They also love volunteers.
