YMR Podcast w/ Greg DeShields

Diversity, Equity, and INCLUSION are truly at the forefront of today's news. To me, it's a business imperative (and a life imperative) to foster diversity and inclusion. Our guest, Greg DeShields, from Tourism Diversity Matters- is an expert in the field. Greg has walked the walk when it comes to Tourism/ Hospitality/ Academia #InclusionMatters I loved the energy of this episode as Greg about family, idols/ mentors, writing for school at an early age, travel, and of course the critical need to spread the message of DEI everywhere Greg travels- which is an extensive list of places. We had fun covering Greg's Academic writing career, his inspiration sources, mission and purpose, travels, speaking on stages, food and cars. I have always been inspired by Greg DeShields. Listen to the episode, and I'm confident that you'll be quickly inspired too. When you want to learn more about Greg DeShields, here are a couple places to start.
