Postal inspirada en la historia de vida de José Gabriel Peña, originario de la inspección de Tudela, en el Municipio de Paime, Cundinamarca. Se recogen testimonios de la Segunda Comisión Ciudadana de la Memoria en la Provincia de Rionegro. Participan en la escritura: Mauricio Farfán, estudiante de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional y Diego Caicedo, profesor de Paime. Los hechos se remontan a la Segunda Guerra Esmeraldera (1984-1990); un infortunado proceso que implicó a la región de Rionegro en Cundinamarca con la Provincia del Occidente de Boyacá. Esta historia es una de las tantas que se cruzaron con espirales de violencia y que hoy insisten en un alegórico grito de justicia.
