‘Yoga For Grief Support’ With Occupational Therapist & Certified Yoga Instructor, Sandy Ayre

On this episode of The Power of Love Show we welcome special guest, Sandy Ayre. Sandy Ayre is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Yoga Instructor. She holds a certificate in Death and Grief Studies from the Center for Loss and Life Transition. Since 2009 she has been offering Yoga for Grief Support Groups in Edmonton Alberta Canada, and more recently online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to these classes, she also works as an occupational therapist in palliative and end of life care at a hospital in Edmonton. Sandy is an animal lover, bookworm and loves mountain biking.
