Today with us on the Incite Change Podcast, Coach Mauro sits down with Swami Saradananda.   Swami has taught yoga for over 50 years and focuses on sharing knowledge through advanced teaching and training with yoga instructors. She has also worked with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres for 26 years and directed centres in New York, Toronto, London, New Delhi and the Himalayas.   Although currently based in London, she travels frequently to teach in various locations but her most recent teaching took place in India.
