This meditation can give you 30 minutes of deep rest or listen to it as you get into bed and invite a deep sleep.Yoga Nidra can lead you into a profound state of relaxation or sleep. 30 minutes of yoga nidra can be the equivalent of 2-4 hours of sleep. While it can mimic the effects of deep sleep, it is not a replacement for nightly sleep.
