Thank you for finding us here in this moment, because it too has now passed. Lord Shiva asked me to do this podcast and I have to say I was a little reluctant to post it, not because it isn’t amazing in it’s humour and ability to laugh within self, but because he titled it YOGA and in a world that often has very set beliefs around the meaning of Yoga, I was more comfortable simply enjoying the expression in an intimate way without posting. But as life is shifting and so too is my work here in Budai, this as Lord Ganesh shared was all part of the flow in the direction I too am journeying and that those who resonate in this will simply be present. So as I got started with Lord Ganesh nestling within my lap having a giggle, Lord Shiva’ s presence flowed standing tall, trident in hand and there it began, as they both flowed the discourse, Ganesh meeting and greeting when the request to connect within the muladhara arose and so it all flowed. This is how the whole podcast unfolded, as Lord Shiva is BIG on going direct connecting one on one to any who desires to be in soundless to sound frequency vibration within the yoga flow.
