Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Cancer

This week I’m joined by one of my private ‘Grow, Serve and Shine’ clients, Sue Skelton. Sue is a retired oncology and palliative care nurse as well as a yoga therapist. She works predominantly with people with cancer and long term conditions. She integrates her nursing and yoga knowledge to help improve the quality of life for her clients.
