Yolanda Pierson continues to grow the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce, an app is next!

Yolanda Pierson is a close friend of the show. Last month she was named President and CEO of the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce. She was selected to be one of the 2026 Women in Business honorees by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She joins Sheletta today to promote a couple Black-owned businesses and about a database (and app) they’re building at the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce that’s launching this summer. The app is called MN Black Chamber Connect. In their second segment, Sheletta and Yolanda discuss some programming they have coming up that they’ve teamed up to work on.
