大約一年前，J編在教室附近的飯桌用餐時，老闆提到他去靠近竹北光明一路的暖楓視障按摩，遇到一位想上瑜珈課的按摩師，但後來教室一直沒有等到有人聯繫。 這件事一直掛在心上，直到前陣子，我們決定主動行動，先安排了一對一體驗課，再到小班制的團課體驗後，決定持續開設這個課程，目前規劃為每月一次，並搭配課堂錄音，方便學員在家練習。 這一集的音檔，就是來自「視障友善專班」2025/8/26 的現場課程。 課堂中，我們以傳統溫和的練習方式，透過純口語引導，帶領學員體驗適合所有人的瑜珈練習，歡迎跟著這一集一起試試。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
